he thermal baths Les Bains de Lavey have chosen the Business Intelligence software BOARD. During the evaluation process in which BOARD and other vendors such as Qlik participated, the management of Les Bains de Lavey was impressed by the flexible and highly adaptable reporting capability offered by BOARD.<\/p>\n\n\n

Les Bains de Lavey, specialist for wellness spas and medical activities, and Thermalquellen Brigerbad, affiliate thermal bath in Valais, will be using BOARD for analyses of their Key Performance Indicators. The new software goes far beyond the functionality of the tool formerly used in reporting. The project will be implemented by Calyps, one of BOARD\u2019s partners in the French speaking region of Switzerland. Calyps specializes in the services, consulting and training in Business Intelligence and information systems decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n

Flexibility, Integration with MS Office and Mobile BI as winning features<\/p>\n\n\n

The flexibility with which reporting can be carried out was one of the key factors for Les Bains de Lavey\u2019s decision. Any application can be built and adapted to new situations without the need of coding. \u201cBesides flexibility, it was the ease of use and the fast implementation of the BOARD software that convinced us. Another plus factor was the integration with Microsoft Office that allows data entry and even data drills in Excel\u201d, explains David Bonvin, Finance and Logistics Responsible at Les Bains de Lavey. \u201cAnother useful feature is BOARD\u2019s offering for mobile devices, which allows decision makers to check the KPI\u2019s on the go and to edit data on the iPad or a tablet.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n
