COVID rocked even their most stable categories and triggered a new initiative to start planning with macro economic views and predictions for all key markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Challenges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consumer shifts in behavior&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2019, Kraft Heinz saw that&nbsp;<strong>consumer behavior in their markets was shifting<\/strong>, even before COVID. It was seeing an increase in eCommerce, a desire for greater convenience, more snacking and mini-meals, and a willingness to experiment with taste.
