The system automatically suggests the most likely average price based on similar tenders and shows the analysis in a Gantt chart.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p align=\"left\"><strong>Needs consolidation and purchase plan<\/strong>: monitor the needs of applicants, consolidate the requirements proposed by the key users into a single contract to reduce purchase costs, define and approve the new purchase plan and communicate it to the companies or business functions.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p align=\"left\"><strong>Spend Analytics &amp; Dashboard<\/strong>: know who is spending and what is purchased;
